INFORMATION

Your enquiry information

A plain-language explanation of this website’s contact flows.

Who handles your enquiry

Zenira Global Services Limited (RC 1624905), at #107 Old Aba Road, Rumuobiokani, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, is responsible for the enquiry information you send to the business. Contact us on +234 810 565 1566 or email contact@zeniragloballtd.com.ng about that information.

What you choose to share

Our forms ask for your name, phone number, site or delivery location and requirement. Depending on your enquiry, you may also provide an email address, company name, equipment details, appliance loads and supporting files. Please share only what is relevant. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated identity documents.

What happens before you send

Entering a form does not by itself send the enquiry to Zenira. Online submission is not currently connected. The form reports when a request has not been sent; you can instead call or continue through WhatsApp.

The load calculator works in your browser. Choosing to carry a summary into the quote form temporarily stores the appliance list in this browser tab. The form removes the stored transfer when it reads it and ignores transfers older than 30 minutes. The list still needs to be sent through an enquiry route. Downloading your load list saves a text file on your device.

WhatsApp and telephone enquiries

“Continue on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with a draft containing your entered details. WhatsApp may process that draft when its service opens; you review it and send it there to deliver the message to Zenira. Selected files are not attached automatically. WhatsApp’s terms govern its service; Zenira’s use of the enquiry after receipt is described here.

Email enquiries

You can use contact@zeniragloballtd.com.ng for enquiries and follow-up. An email link opens your email application; it does not submit the website form. Email enquiries and any files you send are processed through the mailbox service used by Zenira.

Why Zenira uses the information

We use enquiry details to respond, clarify your requirements, assess the requested work, prepare a quotation and provide related sales or technical support. The form asks you to agree to that use. A request for a quote does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Access, storage and sharing

Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled through that service and the business devices used to access the conversation. Our enquiry-handling policy is to restrict access to the people who need the information to respond or assess the work. Please ask us before sending particularly sensitive project material so we can agree a suitable route.

WhatsApp and the website host process information needed to operate their respective services. The host may keep normal server-access logs. If an email or other online enquiry service is introduced, this notice will be updated to identify the relevant handling arrangements before that route is activated.

How long enquiry details are kept

Zenira’s policy is to delete unsuccessful enquiry records within 30 days after the last contact, where no job or continuing assessment results. Records for active projects, completed work, warranty support or a matter requiring continued retention are handled separately. Contact us for the retention arrangements relevant to your job. Third-party service records and backups can follow their providers’ own retention schedules.

Your questions and requests

You can call the published number to ask what enquiry information Zenira holds, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your agreement to further enquiry follow-up. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you. If information must be retained for an ongoing matter, we will explain that when responding. You can also contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission about a privacy concern.

Other website services

This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers or a mailing-list signup. Ordinary form drafts are not saved by the website in browser storage. The temporary calculator transfer described above is the exception. Maps, manufacturer websites and other external links have their own privacy arrangements.

Updated 14 September 2026. This notice describes the current static website and Zenira’s stated enquiry policy.

Zenira Assistant enquiries

The automated website assistant uses defined answers, not a live agent. Enquiry drafts stay in the memory of the current page and are cleared when you leave or reload it. They are not saved to browser storage or automatically submitted to Zenira. When you agree and open a WhatsApp draft, the details are passed to WhatsApp; you must send the message there. WhatsApp handles that data under its own terms. Once Zenira receives your enquiry, the enquiry handling and retention policy on this page applies. The assistant prepares a hot, warm or general enquiry category from your stated intent for future integration; no CRM connection is active.
